Left Hand x JLH Erosion Study T-Shirt Grape Leaf reworks the Portofino Core through Jamie Liam Humphrey’s distinctive visual language, inspired by British football terraces and the culture surrounding the game. One of the exclusive artworks created for the collaboration is digitally manipulated through erosion and distortion, with a large-scale interpretation printed across the centre back. At the front centre chest, a rectangular fragment of the eroded artwork is paired with accompanying text, exploring the process of breaking down and reconstructing the original composition. Crafted from substantial 290 GSM OCS-certified organic cotton jersey, the T-shirt is garment dyed to retain its natural structured handle and develop character over time. A custom twisted 1x1 rib collar references well-worn vintage T-shirts, while tonal contrast stitching at the neckline and shoulder seams highlights the garment’s construction. Finished with signature stacked Left Hand sleeve branding, a coverstitched shoulder seam and an internal woven story label, the Erosion Study Tee brings Humphrey’s exploration of British football culture together with Left Hand’s approach to construction, experimentation and enduring design.
